The SRMJEEE serves as the single gateway for admission to B.Tech programs across all SRM Group campuses, including:

  • Where can I find my SRMJEEE rank?

Ranks are available exclusively on the SRM Admission Portal. Log in with your application number and date of birth to download your official rank card.

  • What if I forgot my login credentials?

You can use the “Forgot Application Number” link on the portal or check your registered email/SMS for the confirmation sent during your initial registration.

  • Is the rank card mandatory for admission?

Phase 2 and Phase 3 Exams

  • Can I appear for more than one phase?

Yes. Candidates are allowed to appear for all three phases. However, you must submit a separate application form and pay the fee of ₹1,400 for each phase.

  • Will the best of three scores be considered?

SRM evaluates your performance based on the specific phase’s merit list. If you appear in multiple phases, you can participate in the counselling rounds associated with those respective phases.

  • When is the last date to apply for Phase 2?

The deadline for Phase 2 applications is June 4, 2026.

Counselling & Seat Allotment

  • How does the choice filling work?

Choice filling for Phase 1 starts on May 7, 2026. Eligible candidates will receive an email invitation to log in and select their preferred campus and branch.

  • What are the fees for confirming a seat?

Upon receiving a seat allotment, you must pay a total of ₹1,10,000 (₹10,000 registration fee + ₹1,00,000 partial tuition fee) to secure your spot.

  • Is the campus preference I gave in the application form final?

No. The preferences in the initial application were for statistical purposes only. Your actual selection happens during the online counselling process based on your rank and seat availability.

  • Is there any negative marking in the exam?

No, there is no negative marking in SRMJEEE. It is always recommended to attempt all questions.

  • What documents are needed for verification?

During reporting, you will need your Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, SRMJEEE Rank Card, Counselling Call Letter, and a valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).

  • What is the minimum age for eligibility?
